Pizzas and Fish ‘n’ Chips by the coast.

From another busy week of various jobs we have picked a lovely trip to the coast to tell you about.

Whilst Sophie headed a job at the beautiful Red Barn, Ryan took his team off to sunny Heacham. The order of the day was to feed a large group of guests at a garden party.

This job was a laid back affair. Our waitresses began the service by offering Pimms to the guests in the garden. Ryan set himself and his pizza ovens up outside in the sun. Tracy set up her Fish and Chips station in the kitchen of the house.

Once all guests had arrived and were happily settled in, Ryan and Tracy began cooking. The Fish and Chips were set up buffet style for people to come and help themselves. The pizzas were served by our waitresses on boards, as and when they were ready, or made to order if people came to request specific toppings. This carried on at both stations until all food had gone out and everybody was comfortably full.

With the sound of a great band in the background and the sun shining down, I believe a wonderful time was had by all, including our staff!
