G & O’s wedding.

This weeks event was held at the stunning Red Barn in South Runcton.

On set up day we met with G & O to finalise timings for the big day, hand over their hire glasses and prepare the bar.

As soon as the ceremony was complete on the day, we were ready to greet the family and friends of our beautiful couple on the lawn with their reception drinks. Once we were confidant everyone had a glass in their hands we took to topping people up and keeping everyone hydrated. This was in the time while photos were being taken and G & O caught up with their guests. G also hired some outdoor games from us to add a fun element to this time.

G & O opted to have a fish and chip van as their food offering, so we kept on top of wine and water for the tables. We also cleared away food containers for them, keeping the tables clean and tidy. The next job on the list was to hydrate everyone once again with toast drinks!

From there all that was left to do was to serve everyone drinks for the evening from the bar. We love to see everybody in high spirits, catching up with old friends over a pint (or a tequila as was the drink of choice at this do!) The bar was kept fully stocked at all times and our friendly bar staff really enjoyed keeping everybody happy!
