Locally sourced pork shoulder slow roasted and shredded. Served as it should be in an artisan brioche bun with crispy crackling, homemade stuffing and apple sauce. Accompanied by buttery new potato, mixed leaf salad, pasta salad, and our rustic homemade slaw.
