Meat antipasti… A selection of cured meats, olives, mozzarella cheese, capers, rocket leaves, sun dried tomatoes, artisan breads and olive oil and balsamic dipping dishes.

Fish antipasti… Smoked salmon, calamari rings, king prawns, crab mayonnaise, olives, capers, rocket leaves, sun dried tomatoes, artisan breads and saffron aioli.

Veggie antipasti… Artisan breads, olives, stuffed peppers, pickled onions, sun dried tomatoes, cucumber and carrot sticks, rocket leaves, hummus and bread sticks. (V)

Pizza…

Our home-made dough hand stretched and covered with our own recipe tomato sauce, mozzarella and finished with the toppings of your choice. Our pizzas are stretched to a thin finish of roughly 9-10 inches and baked in our mobile pizza ovens…

Pizza tip…we strongly advise against having pizza as your main wedding breakfast due to the time it takes cooking and hand stretching pizzas individually. We recommend saving these delicious treats for your evening.

Service charges, tableware and kitchen equipment hire…

Service charges, tableware and kitchen equipment hire is not included in the above prices.

Each service staff member is charged at a rate of £20.00 per hour (inc VAT) and travel is charged at the same rate. Staff requirements are calculated on a per event basis.

Tableware, linen and cutlery averagely cost between £9.00-£11.00 per head depending on the number of courses you choose. This price is for classic whites, silver cutlery and clear glassware. Should you like coloured glassware, charger plates or a more unusual cutlery variety prices will vary. If we are unable to provide the tableware you require in-house you will need to order it directly from the tableware hire company of your choice. We do not accept any responsibility for tableware hired from an outside company. Tableware hired from outside companies must be delivered promptly before set up for us to provide service. In many cases mobile cooking equipment is required. This can vary in price depending on the size of the event, menu options and what kitchen equipment is available at your venue. An average charge for a venue with an already semi-stocked kitchen (ie running water, kitchen work tops, refrigeration, oven) is roughly £300.00. This is simply because on top of this an additional oven, or hot cupboard, or fryer, or all, may be required due to you menu selections. Some venues have fully fitted kitchens and this, of course, means there is no kitchen hire charge. If your event is in a marquee, for example, the price could be much higher as we would require an additional refrigerated trailer, all required cooking equipment, mobile hand washing units, work tops and maybe even a power generator.

The above prices are based on a wedding with around 80 daytime guests. If you are hoping to have a more intimate event then the menu prices will reflect this.

The small print…

All prices and information are correct at the time of writing and all are subject to change without notice. Please note our above sample menus are popular dishes and services we regularly provide and should be used as a guideline only. Bespoke menus can be designed for your specific requirements.

A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. All outstanding payments must be cleared by at least two week before your event. Individual payment plans that suit you can be discussed when you contact us regarding your event.
