Private dining in Norfolk
Imagine the scene. You and your friends (or family) arrive at your North Norfolk get away knowing there’s no need to rush to the shop for supplies or ring around trying to get a last minute table at the local restaurant because you have already booked our professional team to come and wine and dine you and your guests. We provide the chef and waiting staff as well as the cutlery and linen if required. All we need is a kitchen with access a couple of hours before you wish to dine.
Our private dining options are usually for dinner parties of between 11 -20 guests but more intimate and larger events can of course be catered for too. Please find our sample menu and pricing below.
TO BEGIN…
Pork belly, apple sauce, rocket with soy and honey
Bloody Mary ‘prawn cocktail’
Ham hock terrine, pickled onion and toast with beetroot and horseradish relish
Chicken liver parfait, red onion jam, melba toast and herb salad
Local asparagus (seasonal) wrapped in Parma ham with hollandaise sauce

MAIN COURSE…
Roast sirloin of local beef with traditional trimmings (supplement)
Fillet of Norfolk beef, carrot puree, fondant potato, wilted greens and a red wine and rosemary jus (supplement)
Pan roasted chicken breast on sage and onion mashed potato with petit pois á la francais in a creamy and white wine sauce
Roasted vegetable wellington, seasonal vegetables and new potatoes. Jus (V)
Sea bass fillet served on a bed of mashed potato, crispy seaweed and dill pesto (supplement)
Salmon en croute with seasonal vegetables and new potatoes in a lemon. and dill sauce (supplement)
Sautéed wild mushroom risotto, Parmesan crisp (V)
Handmade steak pie, buttery mash, seasonal veg and gravy

There would be an additional cost for more intimate dinners and an additional mileage charge for events further afield.
How it works…You select two options from each course and each guest pre-selects their preference from the two choices. You then let us know your menu options plus any dietary requirements or allergies you or your guests may have. For example you could have:

We require a £100.00 non-refundable deposit to secure your booking with the balance required 14 days before your dining experience. Full payment is required if booked within 14 days
